Located in a tranquil setting, this is a 4-bedroom apartment in Sankt Johann im Pongau. Outside, you will find a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy meals and the beautiful view of the valley.

The apartment has Alpine pastures and forests all around. There is a practice slope right next to the home, though without a lift, and also a toboggan run. You can reach the Salzburger Sportwelt ski area in no time if you get on the ski bus that stops 700 m away. While several restaurants are present at 2 km, the grocery stores and town center are 3 km away.

The ground-floor apartment has central heating. There is a modern living room with an open-plan kitchen, big enough for everyone to eat together. You can walk or rest in the sunshine in the shared garden. Children can romp to their hearts' content in the snow around the home. A sandpit play equipment, and table football setup is also present for kids. Parking is available.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
