The villa has been adapted for those with reduced mobility and wheelchair users, including a ramp and handrail into the swimming pool. WiFi, pool heating, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Casa Feliz is a detached property located in the charming resort of Son Parc. The beautiful sandy beach, famed for its clear shallow waters, is just a 10 minute walk from the villa. Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
