La Calma is an attractive, well maintained complex with 4 swimming pools with landscape gardens and within a secure gated community. The apartment is furnished with an open plan living/dining room with a sofa bed. The apartment has been redecorated and modernised to a high standard including new furniture, air conditioning (with heating for winter) and heated floor in the bathroom. The apartment’s private big terrace 12m2 has a view of the garden and pool. All guests have access to 4 swimming pools and sun loungers and terrace furniture. There are 2 entries to the terrace, from the bedroom and living room. All linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided-No Extra costs.

The final cleaning fee is payable at check in.
Damage deposit - 150 €
Damage deposit is payable at check in, and refundable on check out after prior property inspection.
Remember, if you do not inform the administrator about being late for the agreed check-in time, if these terms are not met it will result in the following: Waiting longer than 1 hour is additionally payable 15 Euro for each started hour. Payable upon check-in. Please respect people time and work.

Smoking is strictly not prohibited
The first 100 KW per week is included in the rental price.
In the event of a situation where more than 80 KW is used an additional amount of 1 Euro per KwH is charged.


Coral House is ideally situated with a variety of sandy blue flag beaches, including Punta Prima 1,5 km (15 minutes’ walk), Playa Flamenca 1 km (10 minutes’ walk) and La Zenia 2 km (15-20 minutes’ walk). Restaurant and pubs are 300-500 m and Lidl 3 minutes’ walk. La Zenia Boulevard 2 km and Market Street 1,5 km (every Saturday).
