Set in the heart of the Chianti Classico, the villa is ideally located for exploring the area's most famous towns, villages, wineries and castles. The Castello di Brolio, the centre of the Ricasoli estate and one of the most iconic castles in the region, is only 2 kilometres away and can also be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. In addition to wine tastings, it offers an excellent restaurant. Gaiole in Chianti is a 20-minute drive and provides a small COOP supermarket, shops and a good choice of restaurants. Just ten minutes away lies the tiny hamlet of Villa a Sesta, home to two Michelin-starred restaurants. Siena is only 26 kilometres away and Florence, Arezzo and San Gimignano are also ideal for day trips.

The house enjoys a quiet rural position with open views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. It offers a peaceful setting immersed in nature, yet close to cultural and culinary highlights.



This traditional stone-built house is all on one level, with an open mezzanine. A well-maintained lawn and a large terrace provide a generous outdoor living space, perfect for dining, reading or simply enjoying the view.



Inside, the villa combines Tuscan charm with understated elegance. Terracotta floors, wooden beamed ceilings and an open-plan layout create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
