The Space:

Upon entering this unit, you’ll be met by the bright living room which has a flat-screen TV and a wide dining table for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with first brand appliances, including a washer-dryer combo, a dishwasher and a microwave-grill, as well as a countertop oven.



The master bedroom is exterior and has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Located right next to it, there is a second bathroom that also comes with a walk-in shower.



This home also features integrated heating and air conditioning, fibre internet connection and a convenient safe box.



IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months. In compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.

The Sagrada Familia neighborhood is based upon the Basilica Sagrada Familia. The most important work from Gaudi's Modernista movement is the center and main attraction of the neighborhood. It has a major circulation of tourists and it's a few blocks away from important avenues like Diagonal Avenue and Meridiana Avenue

Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Sagrada Familia (L5, L2). Trains and buses.
