Villa Olea is a brand new modern villa in the traditional Greek village of Pessada wiith everything you need to make your stay a holiday to remember. With two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open planning living dining kitchen area and access to the pool from all rooms you can spend your days relaxing by the pool with sccenic views over to the mountain and down to Pessada bay. Fully air conditioned and with all the amenities you could possibly need. Pessada village is centrally located making it a perfect base to see the whole of the island and the ferry port for Zakynthos/Zante is just down the road making a day trip to the neighbouring island very easy to do! Pessada also has its own beach and is 1/2 km down the road from the villa.

As of April 2024 the greek government has introduced a new climate resilience tax which amounts to an extra charge of €15 per night from April - October and €4 per night from November -March. This is a separate payment which we collect on behalf of the government and can be paid directly during your stay at the villa..
