Casa Beija-Flor is a spacious 4-bedroomed/4-bathroomed villa with a large (6x13m) swimming pool on the outskirts of Carvoeiro town (10min walk). The villa is equipped to high standard, fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. There are extensive terrace areas surrounding villa and a large covered bbq area for outdoor cooking.

PLEASE NOTE: Building works are taking place in the vicinity of the villa and summer rates have been discounted by 20%.

There are four bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and a guest cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen incorporated into large living area, patio/terrace and a large pool which can be heated. The plot is fully fenced with electric gates to the road.

Three of the bedrooms are with large double beds (160cm) and the fourth bedroom has four single beds (not bunk beds). All bedrooms and the living areas are on the ground floor except the master bedroom en-suite which is on the 1st floor opening to a roof terrace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a large american style fridge. The spacious open plan living area has comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV (UK channels) and wi-fi internet.
A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge when requested.
All towels and linen are included as well as separate towels for the pool use. Mid-week maid service.
