Apartment Hacienda is located in the small village of Stranići kod Sv. Lovreča, just 15 km from Rovinj and 10 km from Poreč. The property enjoys a quiet location and can accommodate up to 3 guests.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, and other cooking appliances. It consists of one bedroom with twin beds and another bedroom also with separate beds. Please note that the apartment is not air-conditioned, but fans are provided for your comfort. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower.

In the well-maintained garden, guests can enjoy a covered terrace, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. A private parking space is available in front of the property.

Just a few kilometers away lies the charming town of Sv. Lovreč, where you will find a pizzeria, restaurant, café, grocery store, and post office.
