The residence is surrounded by 40,000 m² of beautiful pine and olive trees. Enjoy an olive oil tasting or walking along the nearby coast. In the south of Vieste (5 km) you can fish and the center has plenty of nice shops, cafés and restaurants. The Gargiano Park is rich in flora and fauna, a dream come true for nature lovers._x000D_ _x000D_ The children can have fun with football, table football, volleyball, table tennis and fun games in the pool. The large indoor spaces have air conditioning. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a terrace with garden furniture.
