A cluster of Trulli with pool completely renovated at 2 kms from the centre of Castellana Grotte, surrounded by the Puglia countryside among secular olive trees and fruit trees, with a sprawling   garden.
The villa is composed of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, of which, one double bedroom, with   bathroom and shower, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, one twin bedroom and another bathroom with shower.
Sober and relaxing furniture . The portico in front of the villa is equipped with a   kitchen, sink and barbeque, with a big table and chairs to share lunch and dinner with a suggestive view of the pool and landscape. Solarium with sunlounges to sunbathe.
Outdoor shower in stone and a relaxing area with a cozy sofa underneath a cool   shade. Enchanting place to spend your holidays conjugating modernity with tranquility of a simple place embraced by green. At the same time you can easily reach the sea at short distance   from the tourist attractions, among which the Grotte di Castellana, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. Surely a must-see are the SASSI DI MATERA, ancient houses built in the rocks, where a lot of directors have chosen this town to shoot important films such as The Passion of Christ. Matera has been nominated the Capital of   Culture by the Unesco. 

For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves. 
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.
