Holiday house Andrea is located in Marcana, a village in Istria. It is 10 km away from the first beach Duga Uvala and 9.4 km from Pula Airport.

Complete ground floor is rented only to guests. Only the ground floor of the house is rented to guests. The owners of the house live on the 1st floor of the house (65-year olds). 1st floor of the house is not rented to guests.

The ground floor consists of 2 separate units (apartments) that are rented as one accommodation unit, to one group of guests. These 2 apartments are interconnected in the middle with 1 door. So, the ground floor can technically become 1 unit.

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor.
2 bedrooms have 1 double bed.
1 bedroom has 2 single beds.
1 bedroom has 3 single beds.

Both ground floor apartments have:
1 full bathroom
1 half bathroom (toilet)

All facilities such as a swimming pool, 2 barbecues, and deck chairs can only be used by guests. No one can use the ground floor, the swimming pool, and the front yard, except guests.

Guests can only see the owners in the car park in the backyard.
