Air conditioning is in the living room. The kitchen has access to a covered terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the view of the garden.
Pets are allowed at an additional cost on site. Parking is located in the yard. The beach and the city center are 500 meters away, while a supermarket is 300 meters away.
