Black Pearl Villa spans 220 m2, combining traditional architecture with contemporary design. The villa features three bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Its refined minimalist style is complemented by high-quality construction, carefully chosen furnishings, and modern appliances.


The villa is conveniently located near Elounda (5 km) and Agios Nikolaos (8 km), two of Cretes most beautiful towns. Both offer a variety of restaurants, cafes, and daily amenities, making them perfect for day trips or leisurely exploration.
