Perfectly situated among olive groves in the picturesque village of Margarites, Margarites Villas consists of two separate villas: Villa Agapi and Villa Agios Georgios. Villa Agapi covers 135 m2 within a 1,200 m2 fenced plot, and blends modern comforts with the serenity of its natural surroundings, offering stunning views of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding mountains.


Designed for relaxation, Villa Agapi features a private heated swimming pool, a gas barbecue, and an al fresco dining table, perfect for enjoying the warm Cretan climate. The two-storey villa is furnished in a minimalist yet cozy style and comfortably accommodates six guests in its three bedrooms, with the option to host up to seven if needed.
