Apartment

The apartment is located in the first floor of our house and accessible via an external staircase. It has the size of 45 m² and offers a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with tub and a living room with kitchenette. The couch in the living room can also be used for sleeping. In the kitchenette you find everything to feed yourself: cooktops, fridge with freezer, mikrowave with ofen function and coffee machine. You could purchase your food directly in the neighbourhood at the local farms or you visit 'Trixis village market', where they pay a lot attention to regionality, sustainability and plastic-free purchase.

The village Stanz has already been in the movies ( a film named 'Save the village') ad in local TV as role model of sustainable village development. The Stanzer Sonnenweg, a hiking round trail passing many cultural sites. In the 'Costs-nothing-shop', you can see if you find something for yourself. The village has many restaurants with traditional Austrian food.

My personal favorite place is the lake (a natural pond), only 1 km away of the apartment. You find mighty old trees there and a nice children area. Get up in the morning, do some jogging to the lake, take a swim and the day can start ;)

In 4 km distance of our house, we have our donkey farm in lovely natural surrounding where I'd like to take you if you are interested.
