Foothills Blue is a stunning three-story villa located in Sfakaki, Rethymno, close to beautiful sandy beaches and surrounded by various tourist amenities, including taverns, cafes, and just 9 kilometers from Rethymno town.



The lower floor features an open-plan kitchen and its own living room, along with an office room. French doors open to a small terrace with patio furniture. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a shower/WC.



The middle floor offers an open-plan kitchen, another living room with a fireplace, a bath/WC, and a large veranda with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, along with stairs leading to the outdoor areas.



On the top floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite and one shared). Two bedrooms have double beds, and the third has two single beds. There's also another fireplace, a closet room, and a pergola-shaded large balcony with beautiful views of the sea and mountains.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, various appliances, and satellite TV sets. There's also a sofa bed that can accommodate one additional person.



Outside, you'll find a private 3.75x3.75m swimming pool, a BBQ area, and private parking for two vehicles.



The Sfakaki area boasts beautiful sandy beaches, and within a short walk, you'll find charming taverns, restaurants, and a supermarket. Rethymno Town is just 9 kilometers away, and there's a bus stop within a few minutes' walk from the villa.
