A pretty end villa with air con in a quiet residential area really close to the beach, this recently upgraded house is perfect for families, with its new pool which features a separate paddling section for children.

The villa's 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living area is upstairs to make the most of the sea views.

The living area comprises a comfortable lounge and dining area and new kitchen separated by a breakfast bar with underneath storage units. The lounge opens onto a large south-facing veranda with a pool and sea view from where steps lead down to a lower veranda and the pool area below.

The fab kitchen, with its teal-colour units and smart red tiles, is a delight to work in while chatting to the family and is very well-appointed and equipped. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living area and the large glass patio doors and the cook can even enjoy the view through the large glass doors in the lounge. From the kitchen a back door opens onto a veranda where there is a charcoal BBQ.
On the ground floor, the master bedroom has built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower, bidet and toilet. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet and toilet and is located beside the other two bedrooms, both of which have twin beds and each opens onto a patio with chairs which overlooks the pool area. Steps from this patio lead down to the pool area protected by a small gate.

The villa's new pool is 16 ft x 10 and there is a separate ,additional shallow paddling portion which is loved by small children.

From the pool area at the back there is a paved pathway along the side of the villa leading to the front of the house, and there is a gate at the end of the path.

The villa is the end house of a row of 3 villas in a small, quiet cul de sac with no through traffic. There is free parking outside the front door.

Luz beach is less than 5 minutes' walk from the villa, with restaurants and shops also very close. A car is not necessary when staying in this house as everything in the large village is within walking distance of excellent restaurants, café bars and supermarkets. A car is not necessary. If you have a car there is free parking outside the villa and there are many other fabulous little beaches all along the coast to the west, some with super little restaurants and beautiful sea views!
