## Space

The Villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms one of which is en-suite. On entering the villa, you are welcomed by the bright and spacious lounge that offers you the perfect place to unwind after a relaxing day of exploring the local area with its large TV and free Wi-Fi. There is also a dining table and open plan kitchen which is equipped for all your needs.

One bedroom is situated on the ground floor which has twin beds and is great for kids, next to the bedroom you will find a bathroom with a shower cubicle.

On the first floor there is a full bathroom with separate shower cubicle and a bathtub. The other two bedrooms on the first floor comprise of one with twin beds and the other bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. Both of the bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning.

Both bedrooms enter onto a terrace area which has plenty of seating to have that evening cocktail and watch the sun set, there are panoramic sea views from the terrace and breath-taking views of the hills and beautiful Portuguese countryside this area is truly the best place to unwind after a hard day of sightseeing or relaxing by your own private pool which also has a connecting smaller pool.

If the top terrace and your own private pool are not enough the Villa also offers a large seating area with dining table where you can sample the local wines and fresh produce on offer and enjoy the company of good friends or family.

This home is in the hands of Rental Valley, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! We are available should you have any questions or requests during your stay.

From one week before arrival we’ll send you our rental guide. This holds all useful information to help you arrive safely and much more. Please read it carefully before your arrival and let us know if you need anything or have any questions.

## Neighborhood

You have some of the most beautiful beaches just a 10-minute drive away and also the neighbouring resorts of Vilamoura and Quarteria. Although the Villa is central we do recommend that you hire a car.

## Transit

There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended

To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is mandatory requirement.
