Niki s Villa is a luxurious, newly built two story villa in Akrotiri, Zakynthos, with panoramic views of the blue Ionian Sea. The architectural design of the 175 square meter villa creates an airy and high ceiling area, as from the first floor you can see through to the second floor with its characteristic interior balcony. The first floor features two spacious bedrooms designed and decorated in a way that provides comfort and luxury. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, and from its window, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea, the pool, and all the surrounding area. The second bedroom has two single beds with windows overlooking the backyard of the villa.

Between the two bedrooms is a bathroom with all modern amenities. Next to the rooms is a staircase leading to the pool and the outdoor area. The villa additionally features a fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan dining area. The elegant and luxurious design of the space, with a large window covering both floors combined with the unique view, is one of the places where you can enjoy unique moments of relaxation. There is also access to the large furnished terrace, which covers the entire lower outside area. Nothing can stop the spectacular view, and nothing can be compared to the spectacle you can enjoy from sunrise to sunset.



An internal staircase leads to the second floor, which is also visible from the first floor. On this level is the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, an electric fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the garden, pool, and sea. The second floor also features a modern, large bathroom as well as a second bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom.

Passing the bedroom, there is access to the balcony with a view of beautiful Kefalonia and Kylini. In the surrounding area is the modern swimming pool with sunbeds and the BBQ in a fenced garden.

Akrotiri is one of the most sought after areas of the island. Zakynthos town is within a 3 minute drive and approximately a 20 minute walk for those wishing to enjoy a stroll along the coastal road leading to the town. The nearest tourist resort is Tsilivi, an ideal choice for swimming, water sports as well as numerous dining, entertainment and tourist shops.

Climate tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival, as no bank or card commissions can be applied. The climate tax is 15 euros per night.

The cleaning service takes place every 3 days.
