The property is completely fenced which allows complete privacy. The distance of the Luxury Villa Primavera Sukošan from the historically and culturally rich city of Zadar is 21.9km, and from the sea and sandy beaches only 7.2km.

Luxury Villa Primavera Sukosan is spread over a plot of 1154 m2 with a living area of 425m2 and consists of a basement, ground floor, and first floor.

On the ground floor of the Villa, there is a living room, equipped white modern kitchen, one bedroom, 2 toilets, sauna, and jacuzzi. Guests have a special room in the basement with billiards, darts, and a minibar.

There are four bedrooms on the first floor of the Luxury Villa Primavera Sukošan. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, a TV and a balcony with a sitting area. The second bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, TV, and a balcony with table and chairs. The third and fourth rooms are also equipped with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub, TV, and balcony with sitting furniture.
