Wonderful one-bedroom west-facing duplex apartment on the seventh floor of Block A of the well-known Skol building. On the beachfront in Marbella centre, it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.

The holiday home comprises: access to the seventh floor by lift, living room with TV with some international channels, sitting area and dining area and a sofa bed.
