This lovely west-facing apartment has a private terrace with partial sea views. surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is almost completely new, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Accommodation comprises: living/dining room with flat-screen TV with international channels and sofa-bed for 2 guests, leading to the furnished terrace; compact open-plan kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.; and bedroom with two large single beds, fitted wardrobe, and tiled bathroom with shower.

The Skol cares for the environment, sourcing its energy partially from solar panels.
