This comfortable half-timbered house is located in Grönebach, a district of Winterberg in the Hochsauerland region. The surrounding area offers many hiking opportunities, such as the Dorfpfad, a first-class hiking trail that is connected to the Rothaarsteig and the Winterberger Hochtour. Mountain bikers will get their money's worth on the many cycle paths of different levels and in the Bike Park. In winter, the Winterberg ski arena is an Eldorado for ski enthusiasts, and you can relax at Oversum Vital Resort. There are many dining establishments at a short distance from the house.

A garden with seating and a barbecue invites you to lounge. Enjoy the tranquillity of a shared evening meal or social gathering.
