The swimming pool (10m x 5m) with a nice view, the patio and the barbecue are perfect for outdoor summer fun, relaxing and dining with sun all day long. The nearest shops are about 1 kilometers away (Corva), and Porto Sant’Elpidio offers a lot of restaurants and bars. Extra costs are payable at location: Final cleaning 100 euro - Visitor's tax 0,50 euro per day per person .
