The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is a separate WC and floor heating on this level. Upstairs, one room has a rooflight with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC, and air conditioning, leading to a balcony. Another room has 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC, and air conditioning, also with a balcony exit.
