Villa

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of the houses on the island are built from local stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The complex has 5 houses in total, four of them are 85sq meters each, completely independent of each other. The fifth house is 137sq meters. They are set on a 5,000sq meters plot of land. In front of the houses is a large 25 meters long swimming pool, with 2 large pergolas, a large deck area for sunbathing, offering a fantastic sea and sunset view. The ideal swimming pool for those that want to do laps.

Description Houses 2 to 5 (85sq meters each):

The houses are on two levels. The first floor, which is the main entrance, has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area that seats 4 people and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Leading off the living room is a large shaded veranda with a dining/seating area, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and amazing sunsets. Near the kitchen there are stairs leading to the ground level, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and one bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have a sea view and balcony doors that lead on to a small terrace.

Description House 1 (137sq meters)

The house is on two levels. The first floor, which is the main entrance, has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area that seats 4 to 6 people and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. On this level there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Leading off the living room is a large shaded veranda with a dining/seating area, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and amazing sunsets. Near the kitchen there are stairs leading to the ground level, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with three single beds (two beds can be joined to make a double bed and one bathrooms with a showers. All the bedrooms have a sea view and balcony doors that lead on to a small terraces.
