The Space:
House Ulika is located in a wonderful and rural ambient in the small village of Sisan, near Pula. It is surrounded by a large garden with children playground. It is only 2 km distant from crystal clear water beaches.

The house is furnished in a rustic style and has 2 floors.

Ground floor:

- Toilet with shower
- Kitchen with utensiles, dining room
- Living room with large sofa
- Terrace (half of it covered) with garden furniture

First floor:

- 2 bedrooms (with double beds that can be turned into single bed), one of the rooms has a big terrace
- 2 bathrooms with bathtub (w.underfloor heating)
- 2 safe deposit boxes

You are welcome to bring your four-legged family members on vacation. We charge 10,00 € per day (without food). Please bring your own basket of blanket for your pet.

Available to Guests:
Once the Guests park their car in front of the House (the parking is free), they can use the whole garden, and they can also park wherever they want in the garden. The whole garden is at Guest's disposal.

Other:
Free services for children up to 2 years.


Dogs/cats possible in the neighborhood.

On the day of arrival the guests are obliged, due to legal regulations in Croatia (eVisitor application), to leave personal informations to the owners, their identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board. The documents have to be returned to them within 24 hours.
