The Amelie House is a coastal sanctuary nestled within the Cape Greco National Park, offering a unique blend of natural tranquility and modern luxury. Bordering the protected Pyrki Nature Reserve, this four-bedroom villa provides a secluded escape while remaining just a short stroll from the turquoise waters of the award-winning Konnos Bay.

The heart of the property is its meticulously designed garden, which features a meander of wooden decks and lush greenery. Guests can enjoy a private pool with optional heating, a high-spec jacuzzi with a heavy safety lid for child security, and a shaded gazebo perfect for relaxation. The outdoor space is further enhanced by a sound system, a dedicated BBQ area, an outdoor shower, and a private orchard filled with fruit-bearing trees.

The interior is refined for maximum comfort, starting with a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with sofas and a large entertainment center featuring international channels and electronic consoles. Sleeping arrangements are flexible, with a ground-floor bedroom that can be configured as two twins or a king. The first floor houses a master double with an en-suite, a second bedroom with a double and bunk beds, and a third bedroom with a single and bunk beds.

Situated directly on the E4 European Nature Trail, the villa offers immediate access to the outdoors. A footpath leads to a hidden rocky cove just 100 meters away, and a scenic ten-minute walk through the park brings you directly to the pristine white sands of Konnos Beach, allowing you to bypass summer traffic. Protaras is only a five-minute drive away, while the livelier resort of Ayia Napa is reachable in seven minutes.

The property is a wonderful choice year-round. Summer guests benefit from the walking proximity to the beach, while autumn offers warm sea temperatures and a more relaxed atmosphere. During the winter and spring, the area becomes a paradise for hikers as Cape Greco blooms with local flora and mild, comfortable weather.
