The house was converted and restored by its owner. It has a wonderful fresh atmosphere with thick walls and a wooden beamed ventilated roof.
You will enjoy romantic and peaceful nights under starry skies. Cocktails on the veranda in front of multicoloured sunsets and surrounded by myrtle, wild olive and oak trees. For an invigorating holiday, with a sense of freedom.
The house is located in a very private and spacious spot.
The Mezzanine has a floor of precious wood and a king size bed. A double bed plus a single sofa-bed in the living room. Both double beds are made in bamboo with natural kapok mattresses that will enhance your sleep. The single bed is in teak. Two bright verandas overlooking the small town of Arzachena and the surrounding hills.
Bathroom with large tub/shower and a washing machine.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
WiFi. Small Smart TV.
Good mobile telephone reception.
There are between one and two kilometres of dirt roads. Not recommended for low sport cars.
There is a 100€ fee for final cleaning.
And 250€ warranty deposit to be paid cash on arrival and hopefully refunded cash at your departure.
There is as well a tourist tax of 2,50€ a day for the first 7 days for guests over 16 years old to be paid on arrival.
For extra set of bedlinens the cost will be 25€. We provided with the reservation 1 bedlinens every (2) guests.
