This exceptional townhouse is located within the beautiful and historical town of Tavira on the East Algarve. The house is positioned on the large square of Largo Santana which has sweeping views of Tavira and the river. Boasting 3 extra large bedrooms and a spacious and light open plan lounge and dining room which looks out onto the swimming pool and mature garden. The swimming pool has a safety fence surrounding it to detract young children from entering the pool area. The undercover terrace looking onto the pool is ideal for eating al fresco during the summer months. Private parking with electronic gate entrance is provided.

Please note, we require the ID details of all non-portuguese guests prior to stay. This is a requirement by Border Control in Portugal and is law. Passport or ID cards can be photographed or scanned and sent through the VRBO messenger.

Potential for noise: There will be a construction project happening opposite the house. This project will not impact access to the house but could result in noise from machinery between 8.30 am – 5.00pm week days.
