Villa Casale Le Selve is located in Province of Lucca, Tuscany. This

Layout

This two-story villa is an amazing traditional stone building located
in the green Tuscan hills, offering 100% privacy. The ground floor
consists of an open plan living room connected with a fully equipped
kitchen and one family bathroom. An inner staircase leads to the first
floor where there are three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with
twin beds and one with a double and a single bed) and one family
bathroom with a bath. Outside is beautiful private tended gardens,
sheltered patio with dining area, BBQ facilities and a private swimming
pool with sunbeds and fantastic mountain and sunset views. There is
also private off-road parking.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

Additional Information

The house heating is 60 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner.
The jacuzzi is usually heated by sunlight. If guests want a higher
temperature it can be heated up to 40 degrees with pellets and the cost
is €25 per day.
The tax amount is set at €1 per night per person. The tax is payable
for up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. Children under 14 years
old are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local
agent.
Pool heating is available for an additional fee of €35 per day, payable
directly to the owner. Advance notice of a few days is required. This
service must be requested several days prior to arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
