There are two attractive twin bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and the third bedroom is accessed via a staircase from the living room to a dedicated space on the first floor consisting of a large master suite with a dressing room, en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and a private terrace enjoying beautiful panoramic views. The lounge/dining room features a modern fireplace, Satellite TV and has patio doors leading onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool, there is a stunning modern kitchen fully fitted with appliances and off from here is another informal dining area with large sliding patio doors which also takes you to the pool and terraces. Outside the private pool measures 11 x 4 meters with Roman steps to the shallow end for children, there is a covered built-in barbecue/kitchen area and terraces furnished for both dining al-fresco and relaxation under the Mallorcan sun.
