Summary:
A lovely Quad house in Orihuela Costa, with private garden and terrace at front, lounge/kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathroom and downstairs shower room. The property has access to a lovely communal pool within a few minutes walk. There is Spanish TV and as of 2025, air conditioning in the Lounge, Master bedroom, and second bedroom.
It is a 10 minutes walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and a 5 minutes drive to the nearest supermarkets.
The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away. .For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

The Space:
There is a double bedroom and 2 single beds upstairs and one bedroom with 2 single beds downstairs. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower. Downstairs there is a walk in shower and toilet.

The Neighborhood:
There are bus services to Torrevieja, Alicante and Cartagena

There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 20 minute walk away - Zenia Boulevard . Where there are shops, bars & restaurents, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.

In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley.

There are many different beaches within a 10 minute drive to enjoy the Spanish sunshine.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended.

Check-in is from 16.00-23.59. Please be aware that any arrivals between 10.00 am - 14.00 hrs and 21:00 pm and 23.59 pm carry an early/late check-in fee of 35€. Arrivals after 23.59 , must be advised and agreed upon with prior notice, and when available, a 50€ fee is applicable.
Check-out is by 11:00am.
