The holiday home is inside a refined and green residence, on the Andrea Doria Seafront. 100 metres form the beach, it is located near the restaurants of the centre.

Exteriors
Lovely apartment on the ground floor with a private garden (80 sqm) and a nice terrace (20 sqm), furnished with outdoor furniture (table, rock chair, chairs and sun beds).
The terrace is partially shaped and has a barbecue.
A private parking inside the residence, opposite the house.

Interior
Inside it has a living area and a sleeping zone.
The living room-kitchen has a colored sofa bed (small double sized bed), a TV, satellite decoder.
The kitchen is fitted with fridge, freezer, oven and microwaves.
A small bathroom with shower and washing machine.
In the sleeping area, there are three bedrooms: one double bedroom (with a queen bed) and two twin bedrooms (each one with two single beds).
