Very private property with big swimming pool(42 sqm), outdoor jacuzzi, and a covered bbq place with eating area. Table tennis, electronic darts board and billiards for added fun.
Views of the Kvarner bay and the islands is amazing from anywhere on the property.
The location is a perfect starting point for different excursions.
All kinds of beaches are just a short drive away(from 5-40 minutes).
Shopping, eating, and entertainment options are plenty in the nearby cities of Crikvenica, Rijeka and Opatija.
There is a parking for four cars and the property is pet friendly.
