This apartment has been completely remodeled, with a new redistribution of space focused on the needs of the user, the house has a living room, covered terrace ideal for enjoying breakfast and another uncovered (30 m²) through which you can access the garden and pool community. The kitchen is independent, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and kitchen furniture from Bulthaup.
The two bedrooms are double, each with two bathrooms with a shower. The sofa bed in the living room can be used as an option, which means that the maximum total occupancy is 6 people.

The apartment is a ground floor with two bedrooms: the first one with a 160 cm bed and a bathroom en suite, the second one with two 90 cm single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a 140 cm sofa bed, a terrace with a garden, with direct access to the swimming pool and a parking space* in the building.
The two bedrooms are double, having two bathrooms with shower each. Optionally you can use the sofa-bed in the living room, so the maximum total occupation would be 6 people.
