The apartment has been recently renovated; modernly furnished with air conditioning. The house consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (two single beds) with all the comforts to feel at home: bathroom with shower, living room / equipped kitchen. The host lives nearby and it is your disposition to make your holiday more peaceful and pleasant.
Dogs are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the house. The apartment is on the fourth floor without a lift.
The house is located 6/7 minutes walk from the central railway station and 10/12 minutes walk from via indipendenza (center). By bus the distances are halved and taking the 25 from the stop which is 20 meters from the house, you reach Piazza Maggiore in 15 minutes.
In addition, the house is a 5 minute walk from the fair and 7km from the airport
