It is located in building "A", on the ground floor, to the left of the building.

It's a through apartment. Its living room overlooks the courtyard, the bedroom overlooks the rear of building A.

- a large bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed.

- a separate, well-equipped kitchen: 4 induction hobs, large oven, microwave + grill, coffee maker, toaster.

Le Conty is a small family holiday residence with 15 apartments: studios, T2 and T3.
