It is a traditional stone-built building located in the settlement opposite the hill-castle of Stoupa at a distance of 400 meters from the beach and Stoupa center.

It consists of an apartment of two main rooms on the first floor, with a kitchen, a living room and a full bathroom, with its own entrance and parking.

The apartment can accommodate 4 persons

The villa is located at a dinstance of 10 minutes walk from Stoupa main beach . Stoupa is a perfect place for sun and leisure but also a good base point for day trips to ancient ruins such as Mystras, Ancient Messene, Diros Caves but also for the all around naturalist environment and historical places such as Viros canyon, sea side walk of Stoupa- Agios Nikolaos, old stoned mountain paths for hiking, katafigi beach, traditional stoned village Milia, Eleochori, Kardamili ,the old kardamili with stoned fortress and Byzantium churches, and a little more far, Vathia village and Diros caves . The villa owned by the architect Aggeliki Kelepouri and her family, who also run a restaurant(Orato village restaurant) in nearby village of Agios Nikolaos. In stoupa there are two supermarkets for shopping and the nearest town is Kalamata 45km.
