The kitchen is equipped with 1 electric stove and 3 gas stoves, oven, microwave, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment also has a private parking space, a balcony overlooking the sea and central heating.

With the maximum capacity of the apartment there is the possibility of accommodating a child up to 4 years who does not use his own bed, with a fee of 6.00 EUR per day / per child, which is paid on the spot.
