Welcome and personal key handover until 6 p.m.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

** This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A deposit is required to cover any possible damage. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100EUR for the total duration of the stay.
