The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and electrical appliances such as an electric hob, oven, coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the living room there is a sofa, satellite TV, dining area and one extra bed. The living room has access to the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. In the garden there is a BBQ grill and a children's playground.

With the maximum capacity of the apartment there is the possibility of accommodating a child up to 4 years who does not use his own bed, with a fee of 6.00 EUR per day / per child, which is paid on the spot.
