This recently built apartment, accommodating up to five people, is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, right on the seafront promenade of Puerto de Pollença. Its location offers panoramic views of the bay, the pier, and the La Fortaleza area. The beach is just opposite, across the promenade, only a few metres away on foot.

The apartment has been designed for comfort and practicality. It features an open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a spacious furnished terrace, perfect for dining outdoors while enjoying the views. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use.

The layout includes three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds that can be joined, and a third bedroom with a single bed. There are two full bathrooms: one with a shower and the other, en suite to the master bedroom, with a bath and shower.

There is no private parking available. Parking is not permitted along the seafront promenade, but free parking can be found in nearby streets, and there are also public car parks—both free and paid—in the vicinity.

Bicycle use: it is not permitted to store bicycles inside the apartment or in the building’s communal areas such as corridors, entrances, shared terraces, or courtyards.
