It boasts a wonderful terrace of 30 sq m with seating and dining area and the very best of this fantastic accommodation is its lovely rooftop deck terrace of 40 sq m, equipped with a barbeque, a chill-out area and a covered dining spot to make the best out of your holidays!

The compound where the Irene Bungalow is located at has access to a communal swimming pool with garden area. It is located in the heart of this tourist centre, one of the best known and most visited in Europe, a short walk from shopping centres, restaurants, cafes and shops, pharmacies, etc.

The south of Gran Canaria has a very wide and varied offer of leisure and free time as well as activities for the whole family and, especially, water sports on the beach in Maspalomas or Playa del Inglés.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

** Guests must pay a 200€ deposit to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
