Come home to this lovely duplex apartment in the quaint village of Mougins for a relaxed and fun holiday.
 
The beautiful apartment is blessed with a lot of sunlight and offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. It has a protected private pool and terrace where guests can unwind and de-stress in the pleasant weather throughout the year.
 
There is a dining area both outside and inside the apartment. The indoor dining area also enjoys direct access to the terrace. Adjoining the dining area is the living room which has very pretty interiors. It is complete with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, decorated shelves and a fully-equipped kitchen. This open kitchen has a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a toaster, an electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer. A winding staircase leads to the mezzanine level furnished with a sitting area.
 
Sleeping
 
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is on the mezzanine level and overlooks the hills. It has a double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.  
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has two joinable single beds, a wardrobe and an attached bathroom.
 Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Bathroom 1: The modern bathroom attached to the master bedroom has a bath with a shower, a bidet and a WC.

Location
 
The mountain-view apartment on the hillside occupies a coveted location in Mougins, barely 20 minutes from Cannes. There is a restaurant, shop, supermarket, take-away and a pharmacy within 200 meters of the house. Mougins is a famous tourist destination known for hosting a number of artists throughout history. It is surrounded by a lot of greenery and therefore, it is not uncommon to come across olive groves and cypress trees on one of your walking trails. The historical significance of the village is immense, glimpses of which can be witnessed in its various monuments, historical buildings like churches, fountains and museums that are home to artifacts going back to several centuries. The local gastronomy is worth exploring too.
 
The must-visit destinations of the French Riviera including Cannes, Nice (35 minutes), Eze (45 minutes), Villefranche-Sur-Mer (50 minutes), Antibes (28 minutes) and more can be explored too.
 
The nearest International Airport is Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport which is only 26 kilometers away.
