The Villa has a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and Chromecast TV, free Wi-Fi available throughout the Villa, Air conditioning (extra cost) Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, Fridge freezer, Built in Microwave, Oven and Hob, Washing machine and Dishwasher.

There is a family bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink and mirror.

Master bedroom contains a king size bed, dressing table with a stool, bedside cabinets, full length mirror and dressing room with fitted wardrobes plus air conditioning and patio doors overlooking the swimming pool en suite bathroom room fully tiled with WC, shower over the bath and a bidet , double sinks and large mirror.

Bedroom 2 : King Size bed with dressing table, beside tables,fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: two single beds, fitted wardrobes patio doors leading to pool area and air conditioning.

The large 1500sqm plot includes off street parking for 2 cars, a path all around the villa with private garden area's, a huge private 12m x 6m solar covered swimming pool with steps allowing easy access into the pool. Depth of pool 0-9m going down to 1-80m. There are 6 sun loungers, a large glazed pergola with outside seating area which has a three seater sofa and two chairs, large wrought iron dining table and chairs for 6 people,BBQ area with preparation sink, on a spacious tiled area around the pool with an outdoor shower.

There is a small shop in the village of Triquivijate also a cafe bar called La Cruzada which provides food and drinks. A riding centre Crines Del Viento which offers daily excursions and riding lesson's.

A Damage Deposit of €150 is taken on arrival and once a final inspection of the property on day of departure is satisfactory it will be returned.

Fuerteventura Airport is approx. 15min transfer.

The villa is a 10 minutes drive away from Caleta where you will find the beaches,Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants.

There is a spar supermarket in the Atlantico centre bowling, cinema, shops and restaurants.

Across the road from the Atlantico is a championship Golf Course.
