Immersed in nature and equipped with modern amenities like air-conditioning, this semi-detached house amidst plenty of greenery is perfect for fun as well as a relaxing vacation. The child-friendly rental has a private parking space and an equipped kitchen-diner to ensure a carefree, self-serviced stay.

Inside, the rental has 3 bedrooms to easily accommodate all guests and a dishwasher, microwave, cooker hob, an oven and fridge to help prepare a sumptuous, homemade meal.

The self-sufficient holiday destination of Albarella Island is also great for an active holiday. A Centro Sportivo with a pool park, a leisure team-led water gym, a dedicated pool for children’s activities, and also an equipped beach with sports like volleyball, soccer, and tennis, ensures that the fun is endless. There are 4 pools in total, out of which one is Olympic-sized and has an underwater window and a diving board. Other exciting details like a water fountain, water jet nozzles, a sloping bottom, and a poolside bar are sure to make for an unforgettable and enjoyable experience.

Bird-watching is one of the ways to come close to nature on this faraway, maritime getaway. The island has many bird species that include marsh harriers, egrets, pheasants and even herons! An entertainment team is present to ensure that guests of all age groups have a great experience.
The residence is just a 5-minute drive from the Albarella Golf course and offers discounted rates for all our guests.

- Beach services are included from May 17 - June 29 and August 23 - September 07 (from the third row). Assigned by the beach office according availability
-Bicycles are included from April 26 - June 29 and from August 23 until closure.
The villas are located all over the island. The allocation is made on the spot.
-A tourist/city tax is to be paid upon arrival.
-The baby cot is available only on request with the charges paid on-site. € 35.00 per week.
- Small/medium pets are allowed only if booked immediately + against a charge of 20 €/day/pet. (charges paid on-site.)

Location

The rental has tennis and golf just 500 metres from its location. There are three restaurants on the island serving Veneto, Italian cuisines, as well as seafood. The Kiosk also serves cold platters, mixed salads, pizzas, long refreshing drinks and cocktails. This natural oasis is covered with scrubland and is a host to over 150 species of trees, all of which can be explored either on the boat or on horseback.

Located about 70 kilometres south of Venice, Albarella Island is a UNESCO heritage site and promotes ecological tourism, evident from its recently inaugurated Albarella Adventure Park suitable for all ages and features attractions made of eco-sustainable materials. With a northern Adriatic atmosphere, the island provides the guests with some of the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The preserved island is connected to the mainland via a bridge and accessed through a pass ensuring the privacy of the island and the guests. The closest international airport is about 70 kilometres from here.
