Villa Beach House Summer Retreat is located on the island of Brac in the village of Mirca, only 2 m from the sea, 600 m from the center of Mirca and 2 km away from Supetar, the tourist center of the island.

The villa is a Mediterranean stone house, which extends along one floor and it has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with showers and is suitable accommodation for 4 people.

The yard of the villa is filled with walking paths and it has a covered outdoor dining area that features an outdoor kitchen with a grill, dining table and outdoor seating for relaxing. The villa is fully air-conditioned and it has a parking place.
