Apartment Emili A4 is located in a quiet neighbourhood just few minutes away from the center of Porec. It is situated on the ground floor of this family house and it can accommodate four persons.
This simply furnished apartment consists of two bedrooms with a total of two single beds and one double bed, a renovated bathroom with a shower, a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, cooking appliances and a dining area and on the other side you can find a living room with a TV and seating area. Main area is air-conditioned. From the apartment you have an access to your private balcony with an outdoor seating area. In the well maintained shared garden you can find a BBQ and outdoor dining area as well as loungers and a swing. Private parking is at your disposal. Towels and bed linen, usage of air-condition and WiFi are included in rental price.
