The modern townhouse overlooking the lake is surrounded by greenery. It is divided into two levels comprising of a living room, two open bedrooms, a kitchen-diner and two modern bathrooms. The house offers an unmatched experience that is further enhanced by the private garden and a terrace where guests can unwind and dine in absolute tranquillity and exclusivity.

Its living room has two single sofa beds, a fireplace, a wooden dining table and an open kitchen. This well-ventilated room opens into the terrace and has a bright and lively ambiance that exudes freshness. The modular kitchen is equipped with a Moka coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The adorable room under the sloped ceiling has a stylish metallic king-size double bed for two guests.
Bedroom 2: The spacious second bedroom has two single beds, a study area, a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom. It offers access to the terrace.
Please be aware that these two bedrooms are not fully separated.
Guests can also sleep on the two single sofa beds in the living room.

Bathroom 1: The elegant bathroom suite has a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.
Bathroom 2: The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.

Location

The beautiful holiday home promises a private holiday experience not very far from the lake (hardly 800 meters). The nearest beach is only a kilometer away from here. There is a restaurant at about 500 meters from the house.

The lake town of Angera is about 7 minutes’ drive from the holiday home which serves visitors with a number of amenities like shops, a train station, restaurants and cafes and bike rental shops. One of the most important tourist destinations of this region is Rocca d’Angera, a castle known for its enchanting medieval garden and a doll museum. Another important site is its lakeside promenade for an uninterrupted view of the lake. Ranco, a nearby commune has many glacial erratics, especially Sass Cavalasc which is an enormous boulder on the shores of Lake Maggiore worth visiting.

Malpensa airport is about 40 minutes’ drive from the house.
